CVaR + Black-Litterman portfolio advice — you sign, it rebalances.
The Wealth Manager optimises your personal holdings with a deterministic CVaR + Black-Litterman engine (no model in the money path). You enter your current holdings and optional market views; it drafts a target-weight plan with per-asset narratives and a friction summary. Each tokenized rebalance leg is then individually signed with your wallet (EIP-712). Non-tokenized assets are shown as advisory-only — no on-chain venue exists for them. The same capped on-chain executor as the Treasury Desk runs the tokenized subset. The Wealth Manager never holds your funds.
| Tier S | Tokenized money-market / T-bill (mUSDY, mOUSG). Accredited accounts, US persons included. |
|---|---|
| Tier F | Tokenized equities & commodities (mAAPL, mTSLA, mPAXG). Non-US, jurisdiction-allowlisted. |
| Advisory-only | Non-tokenized holdings (AAPL, SPY, BTC, etc.) — full weight & narrative shown, no on-chain leg. |
Wallet: not connected
Current holdings as ticker: USDC value pairs, one per line. Tokenized RWA (mUSDY, mOUSG, mAAPL, mTSLA, mPAXG) will become signable legs; everything else is advisory-only.
Optional: Black-Litterman views — annual-return expectation per asset or group
(one per line, e.g. AAPL: 0.12). Leave blank for market-neutral.
Live service (advise → sign → settle) runs as the wealth_manager charter
tenant — agents hire manage-portfolio over x402; owners sign their own legs;
the manager never holds funds. Testnet only; real-value execution behind the counsel gate.
